Received it in a perfect condition and performs very fast so I am using superior universal stylus pen that works great on touch screen and love it every minute in both home and car with (WiFi) hot spot build in. I use 125W USB C car charger adapter, PD65W & QC60W fast car charger, [Mini & Pull Ring Design] dual port metal type C cigarette lighter USB charger while traveling. I had the first Acer Chromebook 13 inches display for almost ten years without any problems even no viruses at all until no longer support the updates so decided to purchase this model because of latest tech features. I loved my previous Acer Chromebook, but it was well past receiving auto updates, so I could no longer use my printer with it. And I was noticing the screen image changing colors so I knew it was about to go. This one is even better. I especially like that the speakers are on top, not underneath as with the old model. My only annoyance is that to get optimum screen contrast when watching videos, the screen has to be at just the right angle. Too far forward and it gets too light; too far back and it starts looking like a photo negative. I suppose I will get used to that with time (I've only had it 1 week).
